I recently travelled to Nice and bought one of your beautiful plates only to find when I returned home I noticed what looks like some kind of a flaw in the white part of the plate. What are my options? On the back of the plate is written Arabesque.
Réponse du Webmestre : hello, I do not think that the dish comes from our workshop, our signature is not Arabesque but Oguy (I don't have a shop or of retailer in Nice) If the faience is small, it can be again cooked, if it is a large dish, it is impossible, the risks of breakage are too important. in comparison, earthenware of formerly had enormously imperfections because of cooking to the wood fire, you can also buy cold enamel to cover the lack.
